Design of Monitoring Device for Scraper Conveyor

为了实现对井下综采工作面刮板输送机的自动监控,在对刮板机运行状态分析的基础上,设计了一种刮板输送机监控装置,并对监控装置构成以及具有的功能进行阐述,最后将设计的监控装置进行现场应用,结果表明,设计的刮板输送机监控装置监测结果与人工方式监测结果接近,表明该监控装置可以满足综采面刮板机监控的需要,可以为刮板机的工作状态以及故障诊断提供参考。

In order to realize the automatic monitoring of scraper conveyor in underground fully mechanized mining face, a monitoring device for scraper conveyor is designed based on the analysis of its running state, and the composition and functions of the monitoring device are described. Finally, the monitoring device is applied in the field. The results show that the monitoring results of the designed monitoring device for scraper conveyor are satisfactory. The results of manual monitoring are close to each other, which shows that the monitoring device can meet the monitoring needs of the scraper machine in fully mechanized mining face, and can provide reference for the working status and fault diagnosis of the scraper machine.
