摘要 物质相变是一个持续的过程,在这个过程中材料往往会半数字和对能量的释放或者吸收,这对于化工设备的运作有着不可忽视的影响,极其考验化工设备对温度的承受能力,因此必须对材料相变进行有效的分析,从而为改进化工设备进行不断的技术创新和探索。在相变材料生产过程中,尤其是化工生产以及其他多种混合材料的生产当中,通常都是不连续的,而且不够稳定,这就需要利用相变材料对其中的能量进行储存,从而减少对化工设备的损害,本文就相变材料对化工设备的影响进行必要的分析,进而发现其中的问题,提出必要的解决措施。 Material phase change is a continuous process. In this process, materials tend to release or absorb half-digit energy, which has an inconvenient impact on the operation of chemical equipment, and can test the tolerance of chemical equipment to temperature extremely. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze material phase change effectively, so as to make continuous technological innovation and exploration for improving chemical equipment. In the production process of phase change materials, especially in chemical industry and other mixed materials, it is usually discontinuous and unstable, which requires the use of phase change materials to store the energy, so as to reduce the damage to chemical equipment. This paper carried out the necessary analysis of the influence of phase change materials on chemical equipment, and then found the problems, and put forward the necessary solutions.
