摘要 以某矿井的通风方式以及采矿条件作为本次研究的背景,基于理论计算以及分析,探讨矿井通风机械设备的科学选型设计,并且,执行校验运算和现场的试用,依照通风机设备的风量以及全压,最后选定了2台风机(型号为FBCDZ28),1台充当主要的风机以进行工作,1台充当备用机,把各配给2台、总计达4台的电动机(型号YBF630-8),配给主用风机、备用风机,以证明当前的通风设备能够达到这次设计的总体要求。 Taking the ventilation mode and mining conditions of a mine as the background of this study, based on theoretical calculation and analysis, this paper discusses the scientific type selection design of mine ventilation machinery and equipment, and carries out checking calculation and field trial. According to the ventilation volume and total pressure of ventilator equipment, two fans (model FBCDZ28), one as the main fan and one as the standby fan were selected to work. A total of four motors (model YBF630-8), which is allocated of two each, are allocated to the main fan and the standby fan, so as to prove that the current ventilation equipment can meet the overall requirements of this design.
