摘要
针对在目前广泛应用的壳牌粉煤气化炉,对其湿洗塔出口超温对管线造成的腐蚀影响及超温原因进行深入分析,为装置的优化改良与后续推广应用提供可靠的理论依据。
In view of Shell pulverized coal vaporizer which is widely used at present, the corrosion effect on pipeline caused by over-temperature at the outlet of wet scrubber and the reason of over-temperature are deeply analyzed. It provides a reliable theoretical basis for the optimization, improvement and subsequent popularization and application of the device.
