摘要
2011年版《义务教育语文课程标准》确定语文课程的性质为“学习语言文字运用的综合性、实践性课程”,旗帜鲜明地将语言文字确立为语文课程的核心要素。语文教师应提高认识,不断提升自身的语言文字素养,科学有效地指导学生正确理解和运用祖国的语言文字。将拼音与汉字教学中存在的疑难问题进行分析梳理,对语文教师及其教学会有所裨益。同时也建议“国培计划”应把不断提升中小学语文教师的语言文字素养作为一个重要的培训目标和任务。
The criterion for Chinese Curriculum for Compulsory Education issued in 2011 defines the nature of the Chinese curriculum as a“comprehensive and practical course for learning and use of language,”and clearly regards the language as the core element of the Chinese curriculum. Chinese teachers should be aware of the importance of Chi. nese,improve their language competence constantly,and guide students to understand and use their mother tongue scientifically and effectively. It is helpful for Chinese teachers to analyze and sort out the difficulties existing in teach. ing Pinyin and Chinese characters. Meanwhile,it is suggested that the“National Training Program”should take con. tinuous improvement of Chinese teachers’language and literacy in primary and secondary schools as an important training objective and task.
