就业创业教育视域下高职校友资源应用研究

The Application of Alumni Resources in Local Higher Vocational Colleges Viewed from the Education of Employment and Entrepreneurship

校友资源是地方高职院校宝贵的办学资源,对大学生就业创业教育工作起着积极的促进作用。通过地方高职就业创业教育中校友资源应用现状调查,指出校友资源在思政教育、师资建设、教学改革、就业创业渠道等方面的价值,研究实施以建立"校友专家库"、深化教育教学改革、搭建立体服务平台、打造浓厚校友文化等为主要内容的育人路径,为提高就业创业教育的针对性、实效性,实现大学生充分、高质量就业提供有益参考。

Alumni resources, as precious resources for local higher vocational colleges, play an active role in promoting the employment and entrepreneurship education for college students. Through the investigation on the current situation of alumni resources applied in local higher vocational employment and entrepreneurship education, this paper discusses the applied value of alumni resources in ideological and political education, faculty team construction, teaching reform and employment and entrepreneurship channels. Meanwhile, it comes up with some educating measures, such as building alumni expert database, deepening reform of education and teaching, constructing a three -dimensional service platform and creating a strong alumni culture, thus providing useful reference for improving pertinence and effectiveness of employment and entrepreneurship education and achieving college students' full and high quality employment.
