摘要
将地方文化融入艺术设计人才培养,既能有效传承地方文化,也能彰显艺术设计人才培养特色。以扬州职业大学艺术设计专业为例,通过将地方文化解构为物质、制度和精神三个层次,建立对应的"实训室+教室+大师工作室"空间体系,形成"三室三融"人才培养模式,建构配套的课程体系、文化课程、教学资源库、教学团队,为高职院校传承地方文化提供行之有效的实践路径。
The integration of local culture into the art design talent cultivation can not only effectively inherit the local culture,but also highlight the characteristics of art design talent cultivation. Taking the Art Design Specialty in Yangzhou Polytechnic College as an example,and by deconstructing local culture into three levels of material,system and spirit,this article comes up with some effective practical paths for higher vocational colleges to inherit the local culture,including establishing the corresponding space system of "training room +classroom + master studio" to form a "three-room & three-integration" talent cultivation mode and constructing the supporting curriculum system,the cultural courses,the teaching resource library,and the teaching team.
