摘要
ATP荧光快速检测微生物的方法有传统平皿法不可比拟的优势,即使该方法目前没有取代平皿法成为细菌检测的国家标准方法.从ATP生物发光法原理、荧光试剂活力和检测仪器类型3个方面详尽分析了该方法的优势和局限性,并总结了ATP荧光法在不同行业的实际应用情况,为该方法在国内的普及应用提供参考.
ATP fluorescence method for rapid detection of microorganisms has incomparable advantages over the traditional plate method,even though this method has not replaced the plate method as the national standard method. In this paper, the advantages and limitations of the ATP bioluminescence method were analyzed in detail from three aspects,namely,the mechanism of ATP bioluminescence method,the activity of fluorescent reagent and the type of detection instruments,and the practical application of ATP bioluminescence method in different industries was summarized in order to provide some references for the popularization and application of this method in China.
