摘要
黄精是一种药食同源的植物,在我国拥有悠久的食用及药用历史.黄精具有抗衰老、调节免疫力、调节血糖血脂等功能.我国的黄精资源丰富,目前对黄精的研究多以黄精多糖等功能性成分及其功效为主,对黄精在食品开发中的应用研究还处于起步阶段.对黄精食品的开发现状进行了分析和总结,提出了黄精食品的发展方向.
Polygonatum sibiricum is a kind of plant which can be used both as food and medicine and it has a long history used in China. Polygonatum sibiricum has the functions of anti-aging, regulating immunity,and regulating blood sugar and blood lipids. There are abundant resources of Polygonatum sibiricum in China. At present,the research on Polygonatum sibiricum mainly focuses on the functional components and their effects. The application of Polygonatum sibiricum in food development is still in its infancy. The development status and direction of Polygonatum sibiricum food were put forward in this paper.
