摘要
翻转课堂和PBL教学法都强调以学生为中心,而且课堂教学的内容以问题答疑为主.将PBL教学法与翻转课堂相结合,形成新的“天然产物提取技术”实验课程的教学模式.通过教学改革,培养学生主动学习、相互协作、乐于思考的学习品质,使学生掌握天然产物提取的主要工艺及相关设备.所获得的教学改革结论及相关经验,亦可用于食品质量与安全及相关专业其他课程的实验教学.
Both flipped classroom and PBL(Problem-based Learning)teaching methods emphasize student-centeredness. The contents of classroom teaching are based on questions and answers. This study attempted to combine the PBL teaching method with the flipped classroom to form a new teaching model for the experimental course of Natural Product Extraction Technology. Through teaching reform,students could develop the learning qualities of active learning,mutual cooperation and willingness to think,and also master the main processes and related equipments for natural product extraction. The teaching reform conclusions and relevant experiences obtained in this study could also be applied to the experimental teaching of other courses of food quality and safety and related majors.
