针对高职院校学生的具体特点,深化开放型实验室建设,激发学生主观能动性,侧重工匠精神的培养;借助开放型实验室,创建大学生创业的孵化器,培养学生创新意识;深挖开放型实验室功能,作为研发基地,提高师生科研能力和专业技能,提高品牌意识.探究开放型实验室在创建培养工匠精神的外部环境,为打造高职院校学生工匠型人才奠定基础.

In view of the specific characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges,we should deepen the construction of open laboratories,stimulate students' subjective initiative,and focued on the cultivation of craftsman spirit. With the help of an open laboratory,the incubator for college students' entrepreneurship was established to cultivate students' innovative consciousness. Dig open laboratory function deeply,serve as research and development base,improve teachers and students' ability of scientific research and professional skills,and enhance brand awareness. Exploring the external environment for cultivating the spirit of craftsman in the open laboratory laid a foundation for building the artisan talents of students in higher vocational colleges.
