摘要
基于时温等效原理在不同老化环境下对基质沥青的组分进行分析,对常规指标进行对比评价,并提出基质沥青的快速老化方法和标准。结果表明,老化后的基质沥青表现为四组分含量发生变化,质地变硬,黏度升高,高温性能提高,低温性能降低;163℃、1h的老化条件与120℃、5h的老化条件等效,163℃、10h的老化条件与180℃、5h的老化条件等效;推荐采用180℃、5h的薄膜加热试验来评价沥青耐老化性能。
The components of base asphalt have been analyzed under different aging environments, the aging performance of conventional indexes has been compared and evaluated and the rapid aging methods and standards of base asphalt have been put forwardon the basis of principle of time-temperature equivalence. The results have shown that the aging effect of base asphalt is as follows: Component changes, texture hardens, viscosity increases, high temperature performance improves and low temperature performance decreases;the aging conditions at 163 ℃ and 1h are equivalent to those at 120 ℃ and 5h, and those at 163 ℃ and 10h are equivalent to those at 180 ℃ and 5h;the standard method is not enough to reflect the aging resistance of different base asphalts.Film heating test at 180 ℃, 5 h has been recommended for evaluating the aging resistance of asphalt.
