摘要
针对湿热地区高温稳定性不足、易出现车辙病害的现状,提出了一种通过添加外掺剂改性的方法以提高沥青混合料的高温性能,在机理分析、级配优化的基础上,通过调整传统的室内拌合工艺,开展了路用性能验证分析。结果表明:高模量改性剂对沥青胶结料的改性机理在于通过增强沥青胶结料的抗变形能力和弹性性质,以提升沥青胶结料的高温抗车辙性能;采用高模量外掺剂改性后,沥青混合料的高温性能较大提升,超过规范要求水平,且水稳定性能及低温性能也在较优水平。
In order to improve the high temperature performance of asphalt mixture, an admixture modified method has been proposed in this paper.Being based on the mechanism analysis and gradation optimization, the road performance verification study has been carried out by adjusting the traditional indoor mixing process.The results have shown that the modification mechanism of high modulus modifier is to improve the high temperature rutting resistance of asphalt cement by enhancing its deformation resistance and elastic properties.After modification with high modulus admixture, the high temperature performance of asphalt mixture has been greatly improved, far exceeding the standard requirement level, and the water stability and low temperature performance have also been at an excellent level.
