摘要 钢圆筒护壁结构是海工工程施工期间防水抗压的有效措施。因钢圆筒具有直径大、高度高、体积大等特点,采用垂直分块法分成六片板单元,并在外场吊装合拢的总体工艺方案。围绕下料拼板、弧形片体制作、整体拼装三大工序,从原材料质量控制、工艺细化及工装准备、焊接工艺评定及焊工技能考核、制作过程质量控制等环节,介绍了钢圆筒制作质量控制要点。 The steel casingretaining wall structure has been an effective measure over water resistance and compression resistance during the construction of offshore engineering.Due to the characteristics of large diameter, high height and large volume, an overall process scheme of vertical block method with the steel casing being divided into six plate units and in-site lifting assembling has been adopted.Concentrating on such three processes as material cutting and plate welding process, production process for the arc blocks and integral assembling process, the manufacturing quality control points of steel casing production have been introduced in detail, such as raw material quality control, process refinement and equipment preparation, welding process assessment and welder skills assessment, production process quality control and others.
