田园综合体模式在风景区农村发展的适用性研究

文章从田园综合体的形成背景、构成要素、发展模式出发,分析风景区农村的发展现状及优势,从要素的契合性、发展模式的可行性、发展目标的一致性分析二者之间的关联性,结果显示,风景区农村发展适用于田园综合体模式,应注意用地、竞合关系、运行机制的合理性。

Starting from the formation background, constituent elements and development mode of the pastoral complex, this paper analyses the present situation and advantages of rural development in scenic spots, and points out the compatibility and development of the elements.The results show that the rural development of scenic spots is suitable for the model of pastoral complex, and land use should be paid attention to.The rationali ty of Competition-cooperation Relationship and operation mechan ism.
