Virtual Design of H-section Steel Column Surface Derusting Machine

笔者通过分析H型钢站柱的生锈特点,设计了适用于不同规格H型钢站柱的攀爬平台、翼缘板外表面、内表面及腹板外表面的除锈装置。试验证明,该设备能满生产的需要,具有较高的实际应用价值。

By analyzing the rusting characteristics of H-section steel column, the climbing platform, outer surface, inner surface and web of flange plate for different specifications of H-section steel column are designed.The rust removal device on the outer surface. The test proves that the equipment can meet the needs of produc tion and has high practical application value.
