基于主导产业的武陵山片区特色产业选择研究

Research on the Selection of Characteristic Industries in Wuling Mountain Area Based on Leading Industry

特色产业发展成为推进区域特色经济发展的重要抓手,也是推进经济结构转型、解决三农问题的关键所在。受我国经济体制以及自身发展条件的影响,武陵山片区特色产业化水平较低,特色产业规模小,导致财富分配差距日益加大。以武陵山片区为研究对象,基于主成分分析法的指导下,应用spss软件实证分析各产业区位熵、增加值占有率、增加值贡献率、集中系数在湖南省产业中所占比重。结果显示,湖南省三大产业各具优势,其中第三产业中其他服务业优势最为显著。从中发现武陵山片区存在产业结构不合理、资金不足、技术人才缺乏等问题。根据武陵山片区产业发展现状,提出武陵山应稳步发展农副产品及加工业,促进工业产业结构优化升级,发挥资源优势、大力发展旅游业,鼓励技术创新等对策。

The development of characteristic industry has become an important starting point for promoting the development of regional characteristic economy,and also the key to promote economic restructuring and solve the three rural issues.Affected by China's economic system and its own development conditions,the Wulingshan area has a low level of characteristic industrialization and a small scale of characteristic industries,leading to an increasing gap in wealth distribution.This thesis takes Wulingshan area as the research object.Based on the principal component analysis method,and it uses spss software to empirically analyze the proportion of the location entropy,value added share,value added contribution rate,concentration coefficient in Hunan Province's various industries.The results show that the three major industries in Hunan Province have their own advantages,and the other services in the tertiary industry have the most significant advantages.It is found that the Wuling Mountain area has some problems such as unreasonable industrial structure,Insufficient funds,lack of technical talents,and low labor quality.According to the present situation of industrial development in Wuling Mountain area,it is proposed that Wuling Mountain should develop agricultural and sideline products and processing industry steadily,optimize industrial structure,accelerate industrialization,give play to resource advantages,vigorously develop tourism,attract foreign investment,strive for more government investment,encourage technological innovation and other countermeasures.
