武陵山片区溆浦县驻村扶贫工作队满意度及影响因素研究

Study on the Satisfaction of Poverty Alleviation Effectiveness of the Poverty Alleviation Task Force in Xupu County of Wulingshan District

精准扶贫是当前我国的一项重点工作,驻村扶贫工作队作为实现精准脱贫的重要力量,其工作成效的一个重要评价内容是当地贫困群众的满意度。通过对扶贫成效群众满意度指标的验证性因素分析,构建了扶贫行为、群众感知、农户生存状况、农户家庭属性以及群众满意度五个维度的考核指标体系,应用偏最小二乘PLS路径模型对武陵山片区溆浦县驻村扶贫工作队的扶贫成效满意度进行实证研究,结果表明:这五个潜变量对驻村扶贫工作队扶贫成效满意度起直接作用,在扶贫成效满意度的间接影响因素分析中,除农户家庭属性潜变量对扶贫成效满意度不具有间接影响以外,其余均有影响。环境设施建设改善情况在很大程度上决定了群众对驻村扶贫工作队的扶贫成效满意度。

Precision poverty alleviation is a key task in our country.As an important force to achieve precise poverty alleviation,the village poverty alleviation task force has an important evaluation content of its effectiveness,which is the satisfaction of the local poor people.Based on the confirmatory factor analysis of the mass satisfaction index of poverty alleviation effect,this paper constructs a five-dimensional evaluation index system of such as poverty alleviation behavior,mass perception,farmers'living conditions,farmers'family attributes and mass satisfaction.The PLS path model is applied to carry out an empirical study on the poverty alleviation effect satisfaction of the village-based poverty alleviation task force in Xupu County,Wulingshan District.The results show that:these five potential variables play a direct role in the satisfaction degree of poverty alleviation effectiveness of the village -based poverty alleviation task force.In the analysis of indirect influencing factors of the satisfaction degree of poverty alleviation effectiveness,except that the potential variable of household attributes of farmers,the others have an impact.The improvement of environmental facilities construction largely determines the satisfaction of the masses to the poverty alleviation effect of the village poverty alleviation task force.
