甘露聚糖结合凝集素基因多态性及血浆蛋白水平与儿童巨细胞病毒感染的相关性分析

摘要 人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)属于疱疹病毒家族,正常人感染HCMV后通常无明显症状,但是如果胎儿或婴幼儿等免疫功能低下人群感染HCMV会增加先天性畸形、黄疸、肝炎、肺炎、脑炎和紫癜的发生风险,严重影响儿童的正常生长发育。本研究选取我院收治的100例巨细胞病毒感染急性期患儿作为研究对象,探讨MBL基因多态性及血浆蛋白水平与儿童HCMV感染的相关性,现报道如下。
