摘要
工匠精神是中国制造2025的精神支撑和保障,其核心为提高品质,可为地方应用型人才培养提供研究思路。从工匠精神培育的现实审视为出发点,对德国、澳大利亚、日本等制造业强国工匠精神培育进行透视分析,探究借鉴其工匠精神培育上的经验,提出创新人才培养模式、推行现代学徒制、加强“双师型”师资建设、厚植校园文化等策略,以期为我国地方应用型高校工匠精神的培育提供参考。
Craftsmanship spirit is the spiritual support and guarantee of Made-in-China 2025,and its core is to improve quality,which can provide research ideas for the cultivation of local applied talents.Starting from reiterating the reality of craftsmanship spirit cultivation,this paper makes a perspective analysis of the craftsman spirit cultivation in such manufacturing powers as Germany,Australia,and Japan.Then it explores to learn from their experience in the cultivation of craftsman spirit,thus providing reference for the cultivation of craftsman spirit in local applied colleges in China.
