摘要
分层合作教学法是分层教学法和合作教学法的有机结合,既能因材施教还具备促进整体进步、师生沟通等优势。以“生物化学检验”实践课程为例,进行学生以及教学设计分层,利用网络课程平台落实学生预习、作业和教师辅导的差异化,并采用多元化考核评分方式。统计表明,实验班学生成绩提高非常显著,P<0.01,而对照班提升不显著,P>0.05。学生对分层合作教学法的实践课程更感兴趣。
Hierarchical cooperative teaching method is an organic combination of stratified teaching method and cooperative teaching method,which can not only teach students in accordance with their aptitude,but also have the advantages of promoting overall progress and communication between teachers and students.Taking the practical course“Biochemical Examination”as an example,this paper stratifies the students and teaching design,practices the difference of students’preview,homework design and teacher’s teacher mentoring using the online course platform,and adopts diversified assessment and scoring methods.Statistics show that the students in the experimental class have improved very significantly with p<0.01,while those in the control class have not improved significantly with just p>0.05.Students are more interested in the practical course of layered cooperative teaching method.And also the students are more interested in the experimental course adopting the hierarchical cooperative teaching method.
