基于最小累积阻力模型的土地生态安全控制区划定——以深圳市为例 被引量:3

Demarcation of Land Ecological Security Control Area Based on Minimum Cumulative Resistance Model: A Case Study of Shenzhen

摘要 以深圳市为研究对象,采用最小累积阻力模型模拟深圳市生态用地和建设用地的空间扩张过程,实现对土地生态安全控制区的划定。结果表明,适宜生态"源"扩张的用地占全市总面积的42%,主要分布山林地、重要生态功能区和东西部沿海地区;适宜建设"源"扩张的用地占全市总面积的58%,多分散在地势平坦地带。禁止开发区、限制开发区、优化开发区和重点开发区的土地利用情况和生态安全价值不同,应采取差别化的策略进行利用和管理。充分考虑了生态环境在土地开发利用过程中所产生的制约作用,能够为深圳市及其他地区的土地生态安全控制区划定工作提供参考。 Taking Shenzhen as an example,the paper used the minimum cumulative resistance model to simulate the spatial expansion process of ecological land and construction land in Urban area,and delimited the land ecological security control area.Results shown that 42%of the city’s total area was suitable for ecological’source’expansion,which mainly distributed in mountainous forests,important ecological function areas and the eastern and western coastal areas.While 58%of the city’s total area was suitable for the construction’source’expansion,which mostly scattered in flat terrain.Due to the differences of land use situation and ecological security values of the prohibited development zones,restricted development zones,optimized development zones and key development zones,different strategies should be made for the utilization and management of lands.This paper fully considered the restrictions of ecological environment on land development and utilization.It could provide references for the demarcation of land ecological security control area of Shenzhen and other regions.
