With the development of mobile information technology,two-dimensional code technology was widely used. This paper summarized the types,functions of plant diseases and pests specimens and two-dimensional code characteristics,introduced the steps of making two-dimensional code labels for plant diseases and pests specimens,and analyzed the advantages of two-dimensional code technology applied to the production of plant diseases and pests specimens,so as to provide more simple and convenient information of plant diseases and pests.
