摘要
本文研究了碳酸钾和一水硫酸镁作为防结块剂在模拟极端高温环境下对大量元素水溶肥料防结块、防胀包效果的影响,同时研究了在生产过程中增加干燥工艺对肥料防结块、防胀包的效果。结果表明,碳酸钾防结块效果优于一水硫酸镁,且添加2%碳酸钾的防结块效果优于添加1%碳酸钾,生产过程中增加干燥工艺能在一定程度上防止结块问题的产生。
The effects of potassium carbonate and magnesium sulfate monohydrate as anti-caking agents on the anti-caking and anti-swelling effects of water-soluble fertilizers with a large amount of elements under simulated extreme high temperature environment were studied. Meanwhile,the effects of adding drying process in the production process on the anti-caking and anti-swelling effects of fertilizers were also studied in this paper.The results showed that the anti-caking effect of potassium carbonate was better than that of magnesium sulfate monohydrate,and the anti-caking effect of adding 2% potassium carbonate was better than that of adding 1% polassium carbonate,in addition,the addition of drying process in the production process can prevent agglomeration to some extent.
