73例不典型肺结核的多层螺旋CT影像检查结果研究

Multi-slice spiral CT imaging findings of 73 cases of atypical pulmonary tuberculosis

目的回顾性分析不典型肺结核的多层螺旋CT影像检查结果,探究其临床中诊断价值。方法选择我院2017年1月~2018年9月收治的不典型肺结核患者73例为本次研究对象,对其临床影像学资料进行回顾性研究。结果 73例不典型肺结核的多层螺旋CT诊断表现为:肺炎实变型34例(56.58%)、间质改变型15例(20.55%)、孤立结节或肿块型12例(16.44%)、多发结节型12例(16.44%)。结论不典型肺结核多层螺旋CT表现多元化,在诊断的过程中需要综合临床特征、实验室检查等方法做出准确诊断。

Objective To retrospectively analyze the results of multi-slice spiral CT imaging of atypical pulmonary tuberculosis and explore its clinical diagnostic value.Methods A total of 73 patients with atypical pulmonary tuberculosis admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to September 2018 were enrolled in this study.The clinical imaging data were retrospectively studied.Results The multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis of 73 cases of atypical pulmonary tuberculosis showed 34 cases of pneumonia (56.58%),15 cases of interstitial change (20.55%),12 cases of isolated nodules or masses (16.44%),and 12 cases of multiple nodular (16.44%).Conclusion Multilayer Spiral CT of atypical pulmonary tuberculosis is diversified.In the process of diagnosis,comprehensive clinical features,laboratory tests and other methods are needed to make an accurate diagnosis.
