分层次护理管理在高血压合并心脑血管危险因素患者中的应用

Application of hierarchical nursing management in the patients with hypertension complicated with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular risk factors

目的探讨分层次护理管理在高血压合并心脑血管危险因素患者中的应用。方法选取2016年4月~2018年4月我院收治的高血压合并心脑血管危险因素患者80例患作为研究对象,随机分为两组:常规护理管理组(n=40)和分层次护理管理组(n=40),共干预6个月,对两组患者的不良情绪、心脑血管危险因素情况进行统计分析。结果分层次护理管理组患者的血压、血糖、血脂达标率均显著高于常规护理管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),分层次护理管理组患者高钠盐、超重和肥胖、吸烟比例均显著低于常规护理管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),分层次护理管理组患者SAS评分、SDS评分均显著低于常规护理管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层次护理管理较常规护理管理更能有效改善高血压合并心脑血管危险因素患者的不良情绪。

Objective To explore the application of hierarchical nursing management in the patients with hypertension complicated with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular risk factors.Methods A total of 80 patients with hypertension complicated with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular risk factors who were admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: general nursing management group(n=40) and hierarchical nursing management group(n=40),for a total of 6 months of intervention.The adverse emotions,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular risk factors were statistically analyzed in the two groups of patients.Results The blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid compliance rate in the patients in the hierarchical nursing management group were significantly higher than those in the conventional nursing management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportions of high sodium salt,overweight and obesity,and smoking in the hierarchical nursing management group were significantly lower than those in the conventional nursing management group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS score and SDS score in the patients in the hierarchical nursing management group were significantly lower than those in the conventional nursing management group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hierarchical nursing management is more effective than conventional nursing management in improving the negative mood of patients with hypertension complicated with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular risk factors.
