Causes and countermeasure analysis of tuberculosis among adolescents in school

结核病在全球造成了极大的疾病负担,我国是第二大高负担国家,结核病确诊患者中在校青少年占一定比例,大部分集中在15~24岁之间。本文综述了在校青少年结核病流行现状、学校结核病流行发生原因分析以及学校应对结核病的措施及建议。

Tuberculosis has caused a huge disease burden in the world.China is the second-largest high burden country.Among the confirmed patients with tuberculosis,adolescents account for a certain proportion,and most of them are concentrated between 15-24 years old.This article reviews the prevalence of tuberculosis among adolescents in school,the analysis of the causes of tuberculosis epidemics in schools,and the measures and recommendations for schools to respond to tuberculosis.
