渡槽结构运行状态监测技术研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 渡槽在长期运行过程中,由于复杂因素的影响可导致结构性能降低,甚至引发结构安全问题。为了提高渡槽结构的运行管理水平,结合国内外渡槽结构状态监测技术的研究现状,本文从振测传感器的优化布置、特征信息提取、多测点信息融合与运行状态监测等视角,阐述了渡槽结构运行状态监测方面的研究进展。首先介绍测点优化布置的方法及特征信息提取技术,获得结构的真实振动特性;其次利用信息融合技术将渡槽结构多测点信息动态融合,获取结构整体运行特征信息,弥补单测点信号易造成有效特征信息丢失的缺点;最后,提取动态敏感监测指标,构建敏感监测指标与结构不同运行状态之间的非线性映射关系,监测其动态变化过程,实现渡槽结构的在线监测。 In the long-term operation of aqueduct structure,the influence of complex factors can lead to the reduction of structural performance,and even lead to structural safety problems. In order to improve the level of operation and management of aqueduct structure,combined with the research status of aqueduct structure condition monitoring technology all over the world,this paper expounds the research progress of aqueduct structure operation condition monitoring from the perspective of optimal layout of vibration sensor,feature information extraction,multi-point information fusion and operation condition monitoring. Firstly,the method of optimizing the layout of measuring points and the technology of extracting characteristic information are introduced to obtain the real vibration characteristics of the structure;secondly,the information fusion technology is used to dynamically fuse the multi-measuring points information of aqueduct structure to obtain the overall operation characteristic information of the structure and make up for the single measuring point signal. At last,the dynamic sensitive monitoring indicators are extracted,and the non-linear mapping relationship between the sensitive monitoring indicators and the different operation states of the structure is constructed to monitor the dynamic change process and realize the on-line monitoring of the aqueduct structure.
