扩大头锚索在成都膨胀土地区的应用 被引量:4

摘要 膨胀土干湿交替环境下,具有反复湿胀干缩变形的特性,这使得传统锚索在膨胀土地区的表现一直不佳。依托于实际工程进行的此次试验,旨在研究扩大头锚索这种改进型锚索在成都膨胀土地区的应用效果。试验分析了高压旋喷扩大头锚索的施工参数,并对比了不同种类扩大头锚索的表现。结果表明:旋喷扩大头锚索施工,在旋喷时间20 min、旋喷压强70 MPa和旋喷时间27 min、旋喷压强25 MPa时可取得较理想的施工效果,且扩大头锚索在成都膨胀土地区有着良好的支护表现,其抗拔力远超传统锚索。 Expansive soil presents a repeated swelling-shrinking deformation in the alternation of wet-dry environment,this makes the performance of traditional anchor cable in expansive soil always unsatisfactory. This experiment,based on an actual project,aims to analyze the application effect of the bit expanded anchor cable, which is an improved anchor cable, in the expansive soil area of Chengdu. The construction parameters of the high-pressure rotary-jet bit expanded anchor cables were analyzed and compared with the performance of different types of bit expanded anchor cables.The results show that the construction of the rotary-jet bit expanded anchor cable can achieve better construction results when the rotary spray time is 20 min , the rotary jet pressure is 70 MPa, the rotary spray time is 27 min, and the rotary jet pressure is 25 MPa, and the bit expanded anchor cable have a great support performance in Chengdu expansive soil area , its pull-out capacity far exceed the traditional anchor cable.
