摘要
蓄滞洪区承担着防洪和社会经济发展的双重功能。为揭示蓄滞洪区可持续发展现状及制约因素,结合清丰山溪蓄滞洪区的建设现状,建立由防洪、经济、资源、人口、社会和环境组成的指标体系,利用模糊综合评判法对蓄滞洪区可持续发展水平作出综合评价。结果表明,清丰山溪蓄滞洪区内4个子区域之间发展不平衡,可持续发展水平一般,评价结果基本符合区内发展现状,评价方法科学合理,具有一定的适用性。
The flood storage and detention areas bear dual functions of flood control and socio-economic development. In order to reveal the current situation and restrictive factors of sustainable development of flood storage and detention area, the construction status of Qingfengshanxi is combined to establish an index system consisting of flood control, economy, resources, population, society and environment, and make a comprehensive evaluation of the sustainable development level of flood storage and detention area by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The results show that the development of the four sub-regions in the flood storage and detention area of Qingfengshanxi is unbalanced and the level of sustainable development is general. The evaluation results basically conform to the development status of the region, the evaluation method is scientific and reasonable.
