间歇性充气压力泵对老年前列腺癌根治术后患者深静脉血栓形成的预防效果及对凝血指标的影响

Effect of intermittent inflation pump on the prevention of deep venous thrombosis and related coagulation indexes in elderly patients with radical prostatectomy

目的 探讨在老年前列腺癌根治术患者中采用间歇性充气压力泵的预防效果和凝血指标的变化。方法 选取苏州大学附属第二医院2013年6月至2016年12月96例老年前列腺癌根治术患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用常规的治疗方法,治疗组在常规方法基础上采用间歇性充气压力泵治疗方法,比较两组深静脉血栓的预防效果和相关凝血指标的变化。结果 治疗组深静脉血栓发生率显著低于对照组(2.0%vs13.3%,P<0.05)。治疗组股总静脉管径显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组静脉流速比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组血小板计数、纤维蛋白原和D-二聚体显著低于对照组(P<0.05),凝血酶原时间、凝血活酶时间和部分凝血活酶时间均显著长于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论 在老年前列腺根治术后患者中采用间歇性充气压力泵具有较好的深静脉血栓预防效果及较好的凝血改善功能。

Objective To investigate the preventive effect of intermittent inflation pump on deep vein thrombosis in elderly patients with radical prostatectomy and its effect on coagulation parameters. Methods Ninety-six elderly patients with radical prostatectomy were randomly divided into control and treatment groups. The control group was treated with conventional method and the treatment group with intermittent inflation pressure pump treatment. Deep venous thrombosis prevention effect and the impact of relevant coagulation parameters between the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in control group was 13.3%, the incidence of treatment group was 2.0%, the incidence of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group ( P <0.05). There was no significant difference in venous flow between treatment and control group ( P >0.05). The platelet count, fibrinogen and D-dimer in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group ( P <0.05). The prothrombin time, thromboplastin time and partial thromboplastin time were significantly longer in treatment group than those in control group ( P <0.05), the differences were statistically significant. Conclusions The intermittent inflation pump in elderly patients after radical prostatectomy has better effect on preventing deep vein thrombosis, better function of improving blood clotting and higher clinical value in clinical practice.
