基于间隙浮动的行星齿轮传动系统静态均载特性分析 被引量:6

摘要 以行星齿轮传动系统为研究对象,分析了该系统的均载特性。根据功率流动闭环特点,和制造误差、偏心误差、太阳轮花键间隙浮动和内齿圈径向浮动因素,确定了系统整体变形协调条件。运用当量啮合误差理论,结合力矩平衡条件,建立了静态均载力学模型。分析了各误差对均载系数的影响和各浮动因素对系统均载特性的影响。结果表明:偏心误差和安装误差均对均载特性表现出明显的周期性变化影响,随着误差的增大均载系数也逐渐增大;随着花键间隙的增大,系统的均载系数逐渐减小,均载性能得到改善;太阳轮花键间隙浮动表现出非线性特性,太阳轮和内齿圈同时浮动时,可更好地改善均载特性。为进一步研究间隙浮动条件下的非线性动态特性提供理论依据。 In the light of the planetary gear transmission system,the uniform load characteristics of the system are analyzed.The overall deformation coordination conditions of the system are established according to the closed-loop characteristics of power flow,considering manufacturing error,eccentricity error,sun gear spline clearance floating and inner ring radial floating.A static load-bearing mechanics model is established based on the theory of equivalent meshing error and the moment balance condition.The influence of each error on the load sharing coefficient,and the influence of each floating factor on the load sharing characteristics of the system are analyzed.The results show that both the eccentricity error and the installation error show a significant cyclical variation on the load sharing characteristics.The load factor increases with the incensement of the error.The system′s average load factor is gradually decreased,and the average load performance is improved with the increase of the spline gap;the sun wheel spline clearance float exhibits nonlinear characteristics.When the sun gear and the inner ring gear float simultaneously,the load sharing characteristics can be improved.The studied results provide a theoretical basis for further analysis of nonlinear dynamic characteristics under gap floating conditions.
