基于心电-脉搏波的无创血压预测方法的研究 被引量:4

摘要 为提高连续测量血压的准确性,提出了一种预测血压的优化方法。本研究基于心电与脉搏波的血压测量理论,对比不同脉搏波传导时间获取了估计血压的最优脉搏波传导时间,并结合个体身高及脉搏波时域特征参数建立了无创连续动脉血压预测模型。实验表明,该模型预测结果符合美国医疗仪器促进协会的标准要求。最优的脉搏波传导时间是提高血压预测的重要因素,脉搏波时域特征参数和个体身高的引入能够有效减小个体差异对血压估计的影响,能有效提高连续测量血压的准确性,对于实现无袖带的穿戴式无创连续血压监测具有重要意义。 In order to improve the accuracy of continuous measurement of blood pressure,an optimization method of blood pressure measurement is proposed.Based on the blood pressure measurement theory of ECG and PPG,the optimal PTT of estimated blood pressure was obtained by comparing the different PTT.A noninvasive and continuous blood pressure prediction model was established based on the individual height and characteristics of PPG in time domain.Experiments show that the model predicts the results comply with the standards of the American Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation.Optimal PTT is an important factor to improve the accuracy of blood pressure prediction.The introduction of parameters of pulse wave in time domain and individual height can reduce the influence of individual differences on blood pressure estimation effectively,and can improve the accuracy of continuous measurement of blood pressure.It is of great significance for the implementation of wearable noninvasive continuous blood pressure monitoring.
