摘要
本文构建了一种基于EDTA功能化石墨烯的水质Cu(Ⅱ)电化学传感器。实验采用乙二胺还原氧化石墨烯(GO),制备EDTA功能化石墨烯纳米材料修饰玻碳电极(EDTA/rGO/GCE)。采用差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)考察了Cu(Ⅱ)的浓度与修饰电极响应电流之间的关系。该修饰电极测定Cu(Ⅱ)的线性范围为4.0×10^-5~2.0×10^-4mol·L^-1,检出限为1.3×10^-5mol·L^-1。所制备的EDTA/rGO/GCE具有较好的抗干扰性能及稳定性。
A electrochemical sensor for detection of Cu(Ⅱ)in water is constructed based on EDTA functionalized graphene.The modified glassy carbon electrode(EDTA/rGO/GCE)was prepared by reducing graphene oxide with ethylenediamine.The linear relationship between Cu(Ⅱ)concentration and the response current of the modified electrode was investigated by different pulse voltammetry.The linear range was 4.0×10^-5 mol·L^-1-2.0×10^-4 mol·L^-1,and the detection limit was 1.3×10^-5 mol·L^-1.The prepared EDTA/rGO/GCE has good anti-interference performance and stability.
