摘要
对柔性U型生产线采用人工分配方式进行任务分配时效率低,且难以对大量的任务进行分配,因此文章建立了协同作业任务分配模型,提出了一种包含两人协同作业的任务分配方法,在给定时间的约束条件下,以最少工人数量和最佳的作业负荷均衡为求解目标进行任务分配,不仅考虑了时间的最优性和作业负荷的均衡性,而且也使人力资源配置得到最优化。将该方法应用于某双作用离合器U型装配线的任务分配中,能够针对不同型号的产品快速、准确地进行任务分配,从而验证了该任务分配方法的可行性和有效性。
As for the task allocation in a flexible U-type production line, the manual allocation method is usually used, but this method is inefficient and it is difficult to exert a good effect on the allocation of a large number of tasks. In this paper, a task allocation model based on collaborative operation is established, and a task allocation method that two operators collaborate to finish one task is proposed. Under the condition of finite time constraints, the task allocation is carried out using the minimum number of operators and the optimal workload balance as the solving goals. The optimization of time and the balance of workload are taken into account, and the allocation of human resources is optimized. The method is applied to the task allocation of a U-type double-acting clutch assembly line, which can quickly and accurately allocate the tasks according to different models of products. The result verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the task allocation method.
