河北省非洲猪瘟防控难点与对策

Difficulties in Prevention and Control of African Swine Fever in Hebei Province and Relevant Countermeasures

2019年2月24日,河北省保定市徐水区某养殖场发生非洲猪瘟疫情,对河北省生猪产业造成较大冲击。通过此次非洲猪瘟疫情防控,本文从养殖数量、养殖模式、地理位置、基层力量等4个方面总结了当前河北省的防控难点,针对上述难点,从严控饲养环节、严把屠宰环节、严守流通环节、及时落实补贴、提升基层能力、联合防控应对、加强舆情监控等7个方面,提出了重点防控对策。

On February 24,2019,an outbreak of African swine fever(ASF)took place in a swine farm in Xushui District,Baoding City,Hebei Province,which brought serious impact on the pig industry in Hebei Province. In this paper,all difficulties encountered in the prevention and control of ASF were summarized in terms of quantity and mode of breeding,geographical location of farms and the veterinarians at grass-roots level. Then,major control countermeasures were put forward against the above mentioned difficulties from seven aspects,including strictly controlling the risk factors in pig production and live pig slaughtering,supervising the movement of animals and animal products,and implementing the compensation policy for culling pigs,improving capacity at grass-roots level, adopting joint prevention and control measures to response the epidemic and strengthening monitoring over public opinion.
