摘要
为了提高建筑木模板用酚醛浸渍树脂的性能,以三聚氰胺、聚乙烯醇为改性剂,Ba(OH)2为催化剂,用二次升温缩聚的方法制备了一种改性钡酚醛浸渍树脂。这种树脂与未改性的酚醛浸渍树脂相比,具有固化时间短、力学性能强、耐水性高等特点,在建筑浸渍木模板的生产、加工中具有更好的应用价值。
In order to improve the performance of phenolic impregnating resin for wooden building formworks,a kind of barium phenolic impregnating resin modified with melamine and polyvinyl alcohol was prepared by two-step heating polycondensation.Compared with unmodified phenolic impregnated resins,the resin has the characteristics of short curing time,strong mechanical properties and high water-resistance,so it has better application value in the production and processing of impregnated wooden building formworks.
