摘要
采用自主合成的二氧化钛、氧化锌、硫酸钡和碳酸钙等纳(微)米颜填料对水性环氧树脂涂料进行改性,成功地制备出性能优异的改性水性环氧树脂防锈底漆。研究颜基比(w)对水性环氧树脂防锈底漆的耐盐雾腐蚀性能的影响,确定了颜基比(w);并使用扫描电镜(SEM)对改性防锈底漆的形貌和尺度进行表征。结果表明:使用纳(微)米颜填料成功地实现对环氧树脂防锈底漆的改性,当颜基比(w)为22%时,此时水性环氧防锈底漆具有最佳的综合性能。
The waterborne epoxy resin anticorrosive coating with excellent performance was successfully prepared with using TiO2,ZnO,BaSO4 and CaCO3 nano-composites as modifying agent. The effect of pigment binder ratio(w) on the corrosion resistance of waterborne epoxy coatings was studied,and the value of w was determined,and SEM was used to characterize the morphology and scale of modified epoxy anticorrosive coating The results showed that the water-based epoxy resin anticorrosive coating had the best comprehensive performance when the epoxy anticorrosive coating of epoxy resin is modified by using nano-composites as filler,and the w value is 22%.
