摘要
简要介绍了一类熔体型非牛顿流体黏度标准物质的研制过程和定值方法。所制备的非牛顿流体黏度标准物质黏度标称值分别为50、100、200 Pa·s,相对扩展不确定度优于3.5%,该类标准物质具有量值分布均匀、稳定性好等特点,可用于旋转流变仪的校准和相关分析方法的评价。
The preparation process and characterization method of a kind of viscosity standard reference material for melt-type non-newtonian fluid was briefly introduced.The reputed value of viscosity was 50 Pa·s、100 Pa·s、200 Pa·s.The relative expanded uncertainity was less than 3.5%.The reference material has characteristics of uniform distribution of values and hign stability.It can be used for calibration of rotational rheometer and evaluation of analytical methods.
