摘要
硅碳复合材料具有高理论比容量和稳定的循环性能等优势,成为有望替代传统石墨负极的新型负极材料。近年来,人们对于硅碳复合材料的研究已经取得巨大进展,不同的碳基质材料以及制备方法都会对其性能产生重要影响,因此本文主要从碳基质材料的种类及其制备方法来讨论硅碳复合材料的研究现状。
Silicon-carbon composites with high theoretical specific capacity and stable cycle performance are expected to be a new anode material to replace traditional graphite anodes.In recent years,great progress has been made in the research of Si@C composites.Different carbon matrix materials and preparation methods will have an important impact on their performance.Therefore,this paper mainly discusses the research status of Si@C composites from the classification of carbon matrix materials and their preparation methods.
