α-二酮类香料具有其独特的香味,在香料市场需求量巨大。本文叙述了目前此类型香料合成的现状和进展。
α-diketone fragrances have their unique flavor and their demand are huge in spice market. The present synthesis and progress of α-diketone fragrances are described.
