Reform and Practice of Talents Training Model for Phosphorus Chemical Industry Professionals under the Background of “Emerging Engineering Education”

摘要 "新工科"的提出为磷化工行业培养"复合型"技能人才的改革与探索提供了一个"中国方案"和全新视角。基于磷化工专业人才培养的需求,提出了"1+X"复合型磷化工人才培养模式;并结合实际,从专业人才培养基地、培养方案的建立、"双导师"培养、"工程师角色扮演"、实践环节训练五个方面提出磷化工专业人才培养改革模式。 The proposal of "Emerging engineering education" provides a "China Program" and a new perspective for the reform and exploration of fostering "compound" skilled personnel in phosphorus chemical industry. Based on the requirement of fostering phosphate chemical professionals,a "1 + X" compound training mode for phosphate chemical professionals was put forward. Combining with the reality,this research puts forward the reform mode of cultivating phosphate chemical professionals from five aspects of professional training base,establishment of training program,training of "double tutors","engineer role playing" and training of practical links.
