佛山顺德某五金喷涂公司磷化废水处理工艺分析研究

Analysis and Research on Phosphating Wastewater Treatment Process of a Five-hardware Spraying Company in Shunde,Foshan

介绍了佛山顺德某五金喷涂公司磷化废水的处理工艺,在工艺中主要采用化学沉淀法处理酸洗磷化废水,监测结果可知,该工艺对各污染物指标均能达到较理想的去除率,其中对磷的去除率,平均能达到80%以上,达到了设计的预期目标,实现废水的达标排放。

This paper introduces the treatment process of phosphate wastewater from a hardware spraying company in Foshan Shunde.In the process,chemical precipitation method is mainly used to treat pickling phosphate wastewater.The monitoring results show that the process can achieve ideal removal rate of each pollutant index.The average phosphorus removal rate was more than 80%,which achieved the expected target of the design and reached the standard of wastewater discharge.
