摘要
铬污染主要来源于铬矿和铬化合物相关工业排放。本文采用硫酸亚铁浸泡高岭土改性高岭土,通过对模拟废水六价铬的去除率来研究改性高岭土的吸附条件。结果表明硫酸亚铁改性的高岭土吸附六价铬优化条件是投加量0.5 g,反应温度为30℃,反应时间为20 min,反应pH值为3,该条件下改性高岭土对六价铬(100 mg/L)的去除率为37.7%。吸附反应过程符合准二级动力学方程;等温吸附拟合相近于langmuir方程。
chromium pollution mainly comes from chrome ore and chromium compounds related industrial emissions.In this paper,using ferrous sulfate soaking kaolin modified kaolin,based on the simulated wastewater of hexavalent chromium removal rate to the research of modified kaolin adsorption conditions.Results showed that the ferrous sulfate modified kaolin adsorption hexavalent chromium optimization conditions of dosing quantity is 0.5 g,reaction temperature of 30 ℃,the reaction time for 20 min,reaction pH 3,under the condition of the modified kaolin of hexavalent chromium(100 mg/L),the removal rate of 37.7%.Adsorption reaction process conforms to the dynamics equation of quasi secondary;Isothermal adsorption fitting close to the Langmuir equation.
