航发叶片加工机床转台预调角度研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对航空发动机叶片加工中传统转台存在正反转切换侧隙,导致其回转精度、重复定位精度和响应速度低,达不到航发叶片的加工要求的问题。文章介绍一种基于双斜齿轮正反转消隙及碟簧自动补偿的高速大扭矩高精度叶片加工机床转台。针对双斜齿轮正反转消隙机构,推导出传动系统误差计算的方法,以蒙特卡洛法为工具计算出常规安装转台的传动系统误差,从而确定预调扭转角度且以此调整双斜齿轮消隙机构,达到了提高转台正反转切换时的回转精度、重复定位精度及响应速度的目的。 as to the question on the processing of aero-engine blades in traditional rotary table which exists the clockwise and anti-clockwise switching gap that presents the decrease of rotation accuracy, repeated positioning accuracy and response velocity and lead into the result of incapability of reaching processing requirement. The essay makes introduction of a high rotating velocity, high torque and high accurate rotatary table of blade processing machine, which stands on the fundamental of double-reverse gear in two-way rotation for its gap elimination and the disc spring automatic compensation. For the derivation of transmission system error calculating method to the mechanism of gap elimination by the two-way rotation of double-reverse gear, the transmission system error of standard assembling rotary table has calculated by the Monte Carlo Method then making the confirmation of torsion angle and adjusting the double-reverse gear gap elimination mechanism. The requirments of increasing the rotary table two-way switching rotation accuracy, repeated positioning accuracy.
