摘要
在介绍高速电主轴脂润滑特点基础上,针对一种最小量脂润滑方法现场使用过程中存在的问题进行了详细分析,重点对其控制逻辑进行了优化设计,并编程实现了基于用户自定义的电主轴最小量脂润滑功能,解决了现场电主轴因润滑不佳频繁导致电主轴损坏的难题,对电主轴高效脂润滑系统设计与维护具有一定的借鉴及指导意义。
Based on the methods of different lubrication for the high speed motorized spindle, the problems of minimum quantity of grease lubrication in process are analyzed detailed, and the optimization of the control logic are emphasized,finally the grease lubrication based on user-defined function is realized, which has certain reference and practical significance for the design and maintenance of spindle grease lubrication system.
