摘要 为解决车企在客户化定制的生产模式下面临车型配置与BOM管理的难题,提出基于GBOM(Generic Bill of Materials,类物料清单)和CSP(Constraints Satisfaction Problem,约束满足问题)的车型配置管理模型。构建基于GBOM的产品族模型及相关配置约束规则,结合客户的个性化需求,将产品族模型映射为约束满足问题,并使用回溯算法进行求解,最终得到车型实例及BOM数据。最后,给出了基于文中研究成果开发的车型配置管理系统在企业实施运用的具体实例。应用实例表明,基于GBOM和CSP的车型配置管理模型能够有效实现车型配置,生成准确的BOM数据,快速满足客户的需求。 A model of automobile product configuration based on GBOM(Generic Bill of Materials) and CSP(Constraints Satisfaction Problem) was proposed to solve the problem of product configuration and BOM management for automobile enterprises in the mode of customization. Then a product family model with constraints based on GBOM was constructed. After that the product family model and customers′ personalized demands were turned into CSP, and then backtracking algorithm was used to realize the result of configuration. Finally, an example of automobile configuration system was introduced. It has been demonstrated that the configuration model can realize the optimized automobile product configuration and accurate BOM, which is to satisfy customers′ demands quickly.
