基于绿色制造的高端变压器加工过程评价模型研究

摘要 为分析高端变压器生产过程对整个企业绿色制造的影响,推动变压器制造企业的绿色发展。从经济、环境、人因、绿色技术4个方面综合考虑影响高端变压器绿色制造过程优选方案因素。通过主观动态赋权法确定各级指标权重,结合改进的TOPSIS评价法得出不同变压器制造过程方案的总绿色性指标值。建立变压器绿色制造过程的评价标准,并利用所建立的评价指标体系和评价模型对特变高端变压器制造过程绿色性进行了应用研究。 In order to analyze the impact of high-end transformer production process on the green manufacturing of the entire enterprise, promote the green development of transformer manufacturing enterprises. From the four aspects of economy, environment, human factors and green technology, the factors affecting the green manufacturing process of high-end transformers are considered. Through the subjective dynamic weighting method to determine the weight of each level of indicators, combined with the improved TOPSIS evaluation method to obtain the total green indicator value of different transformer manufacturing process programs. The evaluation criteria of the green manufacturing process of transformers were established, and the greenness of the high-end transformer manufacturing process was studied by using the established evaluation index system and evaluation model.
