服刑人员在监狱中需要接受教育改造,掌握重新回归和融入社会的思想意识和基本技能,监狱图书馆是辅助其学习和教育的有效工具。在分析监狱图书馆建设现状和服刑人员教育改造需求的基础上,采选文化教育类、职业技能类、政策法规类、兴趣爱好类等电子资源,以政治教育为核心、文化教育为基础、职业教育为重点开展教育改造,提出具有集成化的资源、在线教育、个性化推荐并支撑用户分析的帮教阅读平台建设方案,推动监狱图书馆的实践与发展。

Prisoners need to receive education reform to learn basic skills and thought in order to return and integrate into society.Prison library is an effective tool to assist the prisoners in learning and education.Based on analysis of current situation of prison library and requirement of prisoner education reform,electronic resources in category of culture and education,career skill,policies and regulations,hobbies and interests were selected to their education,which include political education as keynote,culture education as basis,and Professional education as focal point.The construction scheme of reform and education reading platform which include integrated resources,online education,personalized recommendation and supporting user analysis was proposed to push ahead the prison library into practice and development.
