代建制模式下公共图书馆发挥新馆建设主体地位的思考

Consideration of Public Libraries Playing the Main Position of New Libraries under the Mode of Agent Construction System

以江西省图书馆新馆建设实践为基础,分析了代建制的作用和代建单位选择方式、介入时间、职责等问题,详细研究了公共图书馆在新馆建设过程中发挥主体地位的路径,总结了江西省图书馆新馆建设的特色经验,并对同行推进新馆建设提供了一些建议。

Based on the construction practice of the new library in Jiangxi Province,this paper analyzes the role of agent construction system and the selection method,intervention time and responsibilities of the agent construction unit,studies in detail the path of the public library to play the main role in the construction of the new library,sums up the characteristic experience of the new library in Jiangxi Province,and provides some suggestions for colleagues to promote the construction of the new library.
